⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you're looking for a mold mitigation expert who is on YOUR side, please get Frank and his crew. After my renter sent me a mold report with 5 different types of [normal] mold in his blood system, in addition to potential medical costs, I was afraid of very expensive mold remediation. Frank blew my concerns away by stating, ‘I'm here to help you, not hurt you!’ He conducted an inexpensive air sampling throughout my historical home and followed up with remediation that cost half of what I expected.
In a culture in which we still have good people like Frank and his team, who COULD take advantage of homeowners and landlords trying to make a living, but do NOT.
Lastly, I asked Frank to please check out my own home that also had significant signs of mold. He showed me places that had dry rot and other concerning areas—costs that, for the good of upcoming realtors/home inspectors, should require routine cleaning expenses. Thank you, Todd Foreman (Mr. Homewood, 1976)
